AWLN national chapters are the cornerstone of movement building for the Network and support the localization of the Network at the grassroots level. Since 2017, AWLN has established 35 national chapters, with a target to establish all Africa national chapters by 2020. The national chapters are led by local Steering Committees and membership is ascribed to women’s networks and organizations. Each national chapter has its own set of national priorities which it advocates for.
